We at Fixwell Hockey are happy to send your order with DHL and Schenker all across the European Union, and we also ship worldwide for you outside the EU.
We offer free shipping on all orders over €149
We charge a flat ship rate at 9.95€ on all orders under 150€ all across the EU.
Note:
- Shipping worldwide may alternate transport courier.
- The customer is responsible for possible taxes and/or import duties.
Warranty
Refurbished Sticks - We stand behind our craftsmanship with a 30 day warranty within the repaired portion of your stick.
If it breaks in our repair within 30 days (it rarely happens), but if it does, you will get a free replacement.

More currencies and languages will be added gradually in the future.
Returns/Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are eligible up to 15 days after your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange your product please take note:
- The product must be in new and unused condition.
- The customer is responsible for the shipping back to us and all costs associated with the shipment.
If you have received a wrong or faulty product, please contact us at info@fixwellhockey.com and we will send you a new product and fully cover the shipment costs, or give you a full refund of the purchase.
