We stand behind our shaft repair technology ProFlex so much that we offer you a 30-day guarantee on the repair.
At the same time, we want you to feel satisfied with our products, even if all top model composite clubs do not last forever. Fixwell Hockey guarantees to compensate you if you have a bad experience with our products. In other words, if you were to purchase a reconditioned club from us that expires within the first or second week, we'll offer you a gift card to our website to help minimize the cost of a new club.

Returns
Should you wish to return or exchange your product, please follow these steps:
- You are eligible to return an item if the product is unused and sent back in the same condition as you received it.
- You are responsible for return shipping and associated shipping costs back to us. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Return notification (warranty)
If you want to make a return for a broken product, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@fixwellhockey.com with order details and pictures of the broken product with a brief description.
We will take care of your return notification as soon as possible. If the application is approved by us, you will receive a replacement club of your choice.
