We at Fixwell Hockey are happy to send your order with either PostNord, DHL or Schenker depending on where you live in Europe. We also ship worldwide.

We offer free shipping on orders over SEK 1999!
We charge a fee of SEK 199 on all orders under SEK 1999 within Europe.

• Delivery outside of Europe may involve other shipping companies.
• The customer is responsible for any customs and other charges.

Guarantee

Refurbished sticks (or refurbished sticks as they are also called in English) - We stand behind our craftsmanship and therefore offer a 30-day warranty at the point of repair. If for some reason it breaks during repair (which rarely happens, but if it does, it usually happens right away), you will get the full compensation back if you contact us within 30 days.

Right of withdrawal / Right of exchange

Returns and exchanges of an item are available up to 14 days after your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange a product, please note:

• The product must be unused.
• The customer is responsible for return costs and other possible costs if, for example, it is sent outside the EU. *(If the product is broken in any way, we will of course cover the return shipping!)

If you have received an incorrect or broken stick, please contact us at info@fixwellhockey.com and we will send you a new stick, and of course we will cover all return costs or if a full refund is desired we will sort it out.
