Warranty (Repaired Hockey Sticks)

Refurbished sticks - 30 days full replacement

A full one-time refund is issued for all damage to a repaired hockey stick, issued in the form of a Fixwell gift card with the full value of the product.

  1. Customers must provide proof of the broken stick by submitting their warranty claim within 30 days of the date of purchase or arrival upon shipment. Failure to provide proof of the broken stick within 30 days will void all warranty rights.
  2. Refurbished sticks purchased with full credit are not eligible for compensation. This means you are eligible for a one-time compensation issued in the form of full credit. Coverage does not include any replacement sticks you may have received from us previously.

 

What is classified as a breakage?

The following damage would be classified as a broken stick eligible for warranty:

  1. A complete break in the shaft or blade of the stick.
  2. A partial break or crack in the shaft or blade of the stick that renders the stick unusable.

 

What is NOT classified as a breakage?

A club may have the following damage, but does not qualify for warranty:

  • Surface marks or scratches
  • Cosmetic scratch on the shaft or blade that has gone through the surface material (carbon fiber)
  • Soft or "spongy" blade that still have full stiffness
  • Soft or "worn out" sticks 
  • A chip that has disappeared from the blade or shaft

 

PS! Please note that the warranty only applies to breakages during routine use. Products that have been abused, neglected or misused are not covered by the warranty.
