What is commission and how does it work?

With commission, this means that you (the sender) bring or send your goods to our store and we sell them for you. You earn a percentage of the sales price when the goods are sold.

What kind of equipment do we accept?

We accept all types of hockey equipment. Both new and used ; Sticks, skates, body protection. Even goalie equipment. All items must meet our quality standards - clean and in reasonably good condition and ready for sale. Otherwise, contact us for an assessment.

Do I need to contact you before sending or dropping off goods?

Yes. It's best if you contact us before you come by, or send us items for assessment. Click here to contact us.

Do we charge a fee when you ship or drop off items?

There is no upfront fee to submit your items. We only take commission when your item sells.

How long will you keep my goods?

We keep your items in our store for 180 days.

What happens after 180 days?

After 180 days, you have a 14-day period to collect any unsold items. Items not collected within 14 days will become the property of the store or be donated.

Will you remind me when 180 days have passed?

Yes, we will contact the customer at the designated phone number and/or email address provided when signing the commission agreement.

What happens if my item doesn't sell?

If the item is not sold after 180 days and not picked up within 14 days, it may be donated, discounted, or become store inventory, depending on our policy.

How do we determine the selling price of your item?

We will work with you to determine a fair market price based on brand, condition, demand, and comparable items. We reserve the right to adjust pricing to help your item sell.

How much do I get paid?

Our commission structure is based on the final sales price:


0 - 9999 SEK → 70% to the customer , 30% to the store.
Over 10,000 SEK → 80% to the customer , 20% to the store.

If you choose to receive store credit instead of money, you will receive an additional 10% bonus.

Can I choose store credit instead of cash?

Of course! You can choose to receive your payout as store credit and get an additional 10% bonus.

Can I request a price reduction if my item doesn't sell?

Yes, you can contact us to discuss price reductions at any time during your 180-day submission period.

Do we ever lower prices?

Yes, we can apply different types of sales, promotions or discounts to help items sell, usually after a certain period of time. Usually after 30-60 days if the item is not selling.

When will I get paid?

Payment is made at the beginning of the month after your item has been sold.

How do I get paid?

Currently, Swish (SWE), bank transfer or store credit is the only option.

Is there a minimum amount required to receive a payout?

Payments under SEK 200 are not paid out and are saved until the next month.

What happens if I don't pick up my payment?

Uncollected payments after 1 year will be forfeited by the store according to our policy.

What condition should my goods be in?

Items must be clean, undamaged and ready for sale. Items that do not meet our standards may be rejected. Please contact us for a joint assessment.

Which brands do we prefer?

We accept all types of hockey brands. Bauer, CCM, True, Warrior, Vaughn and more...

Do you inspect all goods?

Yes, we review and go through all items before they are put up for sale. If we consider an item to be broken and therefore difficult to sell, we may refuse and return the item.

What happens if you refuse an item?

If an item is refused, we will contact you for further consultation.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Yes, all customers who want to sell with us must sign a commission agreement that describes our terms.

Can I return an item before 180 days?

Yes, but an early pickup fee of SEK 100 per item may apply.

Can someone else sign the contract for me?

Yes, but then that person must have valid ID to show.

What happens if my item is lost, stolen or broken?

Can I track my goods and sales with you?

Currently you have to email or call us to follow up on this. In the near future you will be able to follow all events on "My Pages" on our website.

Can I sell multiple items from you at the same time?

Absolutely! There is no limit to how many items you can send or submit, as long as they meet our standard requirements.

Do you offer pickup of my items?

Can I recommend a friend to sell with you?

Yes! If you recommend a friend to drop off items with us, you will both receive 100 SEK in store credit to shop with us.

The goods your friend submits must exceed SEK 1000 in sales price.

How often should I check my goods with you?

As often as you want. If you are curious about how your goods are doing, just contact us!

Can I return unused and brand new items?

Absolutely! As long as they meet our standard requirements.
